Purpose of the job



To lead the strategic evolution and execution of ooba Group's marketing function across its portfolio of brands, ooba Home Loans, ooba Insure, Buyers Trust, evo Home Loans, and ooba Solar, ensuring each business unit has a distinct and effective marketing strategy that drives growth, deepens brand relevance, and supports business outcomes.
This role picks up the baton from a marketing function that has made significant strides in brand building and internal influence. The incoming Head of Marketing will be responsible for consolidating and building on this foundation by:



Embedding a high-performing marketing capability that is both strategically aligned and operationally excellent across all business units; Providing visible leadership to the Marketing Team, ensuring each brand is supported by a clear plan, dedicated leadership, and the right mix of skills and capacity; Enabling ooba's digital growth ambitions through data-led, technology-enabled marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty; Championing a modern, commercially minded marketing culture that operates at the intersection of creativity, performance, and customer insight; Acting as a trusted partner to business unit and executive leaders, bringing market and customer intelligence to shape business strategy and innovation.


The role demands a modern CMO mind-set, one that blends brand leadership with growth marketing, creativity with accountability, and vision with execution.
