Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation and execution of the Commercial and Business Banking strategy.
• Define and drive marketing and sales initiatives to grow the portfolio.
• Oversee product development and customer relationship management.
• Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare performance reports and support executive decision-making.
• Act as a brand ambassador and represent the institution across key platforms.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: First and Postgraduate Degree in any discipline.
• Certifications: Professional banking certifications (e.g., ACIB).
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in banking, with at least 6 years in senior management, focused on marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Skills:

• Strategic leadership and people management.
• Financial and credit risk analysis.
• Relationship and portfolio management.
• Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
