We're looking for an experienced and driven Group Financial Manager to lead financial reporting, treasury, and internal controls across a complex and evolving business landscape. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial integrity, compliance, and long-term value.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading group-wide accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and GL functions
- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
- Managing treasury functions: cash flow forecasting, liquidity, FX exposure, and banking relationships
- Driving internal controls, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinating group audits and stakeholder reporting for the CFO
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team
- CA(SA) qualification with 10+ years' financial management experience
- At least 5 years in a senior finance role within a large corporate environment
- Deep expertise in IFRS, tax compliance, and treasury management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Excel and experience with enterprise financial systems
