Key Responsibilities / Duties

Oversee and manage the group's financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and consolidation.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting across multiple entities.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering efficiency and professional development.
Conduct financial analysis to support investment, development, and operational decisions.
Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Manage risk, working capital, and financial performance across the property portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
Professional qualification preferred (CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA).
Minimum 3 years' experience in financial management, preferably in property, real estate, or investment sectors.
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, taxation, and property accounting.
Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
