We are looking for an experienced Group Financial Manager with a strong background in property and real estate finance, committed to driving strategic financial planning, optimizing capital management, and supporting sustainable growth across property portfolios. With proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and reporting within the property sector, and a passion about leveraging data driven insights to maximize asset value and ensure robust financial health, you will be perfect for this role.
Bring years of leadership in property finance, and specialize in aligning financial strategy with business goals to enhance profitability, manage risks, and support dynamic property development and investment. Experienced in overseeing group financial operations for property companies, you will excel at streamlining processes, leading cross functional teams, and delivering transparent reporting to drive informed decision making and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting and compliance
• Cash flow and capital management
• Risk management control
• Team leadership collaboration
• Performance analysis and improvement
• ERP System Management:

• Work with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks and NetSuite.
• Maintain data integrity and support system upgrades or improvements.
• Automate and streamline financial processes where possible.
• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• BCom Degree in Accounting
• 3 years' experience
