Key Responsibilities:
- Shape Strategy: Partner with executives to craft and execute financial plans for smart, scalable growth
- Own Group Reporting: Lead consolidations and reporting across multiple entities with precision and insight
- Drive Performance: Analyse data, identify opportunities, and influence profitability at scale
- Lead the Team: Mentor and inspire a talented finance team to achieve peak performance
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar finance leadership role
- Proven team management track record
- Strong exposure to the property industry
