As the Group Financial Manager, you'll lead a talented finance team and take charge of budgeting, financial strategy, reporting, and system improvements across the group. You'll work closely with executives to influence big-picture decisions and ensure long-term sustainability.
Duties Include (Not Limited To):
- Lead and inspire a high-performing group finance team
- Prepare and present consolidated financial statements and insights to senior leadership
- Oversee group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audit processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 5+ years' experience required within a management role
- 10+ years' experience within an accounting role
- Education industry experience beneficial
