Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:- Qualified and Registered Accountant CA (SA)
- A minimum of 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
- Experience in managing a team of direct reports (currently twelve people)
- Able to perform at a financial, operational, commercial, and strategic level
- Able to operate in a high pressure and high paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A high performer
- Self-starter
- Big picture thinker
- Able to interact at Group Exco and Board level
- Knowledge of, and experience in, the advertising, communications and/or media industries xe2x80x93 a must.
