Group Financial Controller
Job Description
Management of financial processes and reporting, including month-end
Forecasting and budgeting
Responsible for Group and BBBEE financial reporting
Statutory compliance
Treasury function
Manage the audit process and liaise with auditors
Building relationships with business partners
Provide sound financial advice
Ensure strong and effective financial controls
Review GL Structure
Balance sheet management
Continuously improve the financial and operational business processes
Skills & Experience:
Registered PA(SA) or AGA(SA)
Knowledge of accounting controls
Consolidations experience
Strong VAT and Tax experience
Worked on accounting system such as Sage or similar
Experience performing the full finance function
Must come from a fast-paced, large environment, such as FMCG, Retail, Services, Logistics etc
Strong technical accounting competencies
Build relationships with stakeholders in different business units
Qualification:
SAIPA or SAICA articles
Completed Finance degree
