Duties

Bank Reconciliations Working Capital Management Customer Reconciliations Supplier Reconciliations Generate Customer Invoice and Quotes Stock Reconciliation Generate Supplier Invoice and Purchase Orders Fixed Assets Register Management Accounts for self-review Prepare returns for review (VAT, UIF) Accurate and complete income statements Participate in the budgeting process Manage financial transactions Streamline the accounting function Plans for growth for review Evaluate and manage own processes Interpret financial information (Management Accounts) and present to the Directors while recommending further courses of action Develop trends and projections for the company's finances Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Conduct reviews and evaluations per department Maintaining expenses below budget Analysis of information and provisions of insights and recommendations Ensure all internal and/or external deadlines are met Arrangement of all resources towards achievement of all objectives Ensure we meet our obligation to clients and visa-versa Build and maintain strong client relationship management Ensure supplier Service Level Agreement requirements are met (supplier contract management) Identify and take corrective action for risk - Report, record and maintain register Monitor internal control Ensure compliance Ensure assets are maintained and updated at all times and indemnified as well as maintain facilities

Experience/Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Finance Completed articles +/- 3 years relevant experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R18000,00 per month
