As Group Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CFO and working alongside a highly engaged leadership team, you will influence key decisions that shape the group's growth trajectory. This opportunity offers more than technical finance - it's about driving performance, building a winning culture, and making a tangible impact on the future of the group.
Duties include (not limited to)

• Strategic Finance: Partner with executives to develop and execute long-term financial plans aligned to growth ambitions
• Group Reporting & Consolidations: Lead accurate, timely group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities
• Performance Optimisation: Analyse and interpret performance metrics, highlighting opportunities to enhance profitability and unlock value
• Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team that thrives on collaboration and excellence

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

• 5+ years' experience within a similar role
• Management experience required
• Property experience required
