Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full group finance function and consolidated reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and systems
• Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) with 5-7 years' post-article experience
• Experience managing finance within a group of companies
• Strong leadership and team management exposure
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical, structured, and committed to high-quality delivery
