They are now seeking a dynamic Group Finance Manager to join their leadership team in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to play a strategic role in shaping the future of a long-standing and respected organisation.
As the Group Finance Manager, you won't just oversee numbers - you will lead a team, guide decision-making, and ensure the group's financial health and compliance while driving meaningful initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the group finance function
- Lead group consolidations, Board reporting, and JSE requirements
- Deliver accurate, compliant financial reporting within deadlines
- Mentor and develop the finance team, creating a culture of accountability and growth
- Collaborate with leadership to influence strategy and key business decisions
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 4+ years within a similar role
- JSE listed exposure beneficial
- Syspro system experience beneficial
