Job Description
SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a financial services company in their search for a Group Consolidations Accountant, based in Sandton.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly consolidation packs for the entire Group, ensuring accuracy and checks on balances and reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly management packs including the Group's distribution statement.
- Preparing the Group's consolidated results during interim and year end
- Monthly reconciliations of intercompany loans and transactions
- Processing of acquisition and disposal journals, intercompany and elimination entries and other entries as required
- Joint venture
- Assist the Group FM and
Requirements:
- Completed articles (3 years)
- 1-2 year post articles experience
- Strong IFRS knowledge
