A leading hospital group is looking for a strategic and hands-on Group Collections Manager to lead collections across multiple facilities and make a measurable impact on cash flow, compliance, and operational efficiency.
In this role you will oversee the full debtors and collections function, strengthen clean claims processes, improve AR days, and partner closely with funders and internal teams to accelerate revenue recovery.
? What You'll Do
- Lead and optimise collections across all hospitals
- Reduce AR days, minimise revenue leakage and improve cash flow
- Drive clean claims processes and reduce rejections
- Partner with Patient Admin Managers to resolve short payments and rejections
- Manage patient payment arrangements and billing processes
- Track AR ageing, collections KPIs, and team productivity
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing and funder/NHN rules
- Prepare executive dashboards, insights, and revenue performance reports
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Healthcare. Master's an advantage
- 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Strong understanding of billing, coding and reimbursement models
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems
- Analytical, detail-oriented and highly organised
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
