Duties & Responsibilities
Define and drive Tsebo Group's technology vision and strategy
Lead the development, evaluation, and coordination of IT systems in partnership with outsourced providers
Manage dual environments: a mature RSA market and a less developed non-RSA African market
Nurture and innovate a cloud-based strategy to support distributed and remote operations
Facilitate communication across internal and external technology stakeholders
Drive innovation, AI, digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement
Enhance the user experience and simplify processes
Deliver strategic IT leadership, governance, and top quartile cost efficiencies
