You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, oversee the financial performance of multiple entities, and ensure accurate, compliant reporting across the group. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage both entity-level and consolidated management accounts.
• Compile and present monthly management packs for board reporting.
• Manage treasury functions and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure full tax compliance across Southern Africa.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Job Experience and Skills Required: Education:

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification (essential).
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance (advantageous).
• Professional designation (SAIPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

• Completed articles (SAIPA / SAICA / CIMA).
• Minimum 3 years post-article experience in a group or similar environment.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CaseWare advantageous.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and consolidation skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple entities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
