Operating multiple legal entities, this organisation manages large-scale stock movements, warehousing, and distribution networks. They are now seeking a highly capable Group Accountant, based in Johannesburg North, to strengthen their consolidated financial reporting and inventory controls at head office level. You will lead consolidated reporting efforts, drive inventory accuracy, ensure financial compliance, and be involved in various costing activities. If youxe2x80x99re looking for a role that blends technical proficiency with commercial insight, this is for you.Duties include (not limited to)
- Prepare consolidated monthly financial statements a
- Review and standardise inventory reporting
- Support costing activities
- Support group budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Drive internal controls and risk management frameworks across the group
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure timely statutory compliance
- Completed BCom degree in a related field
- CIMA qualification beneficial
- 3+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience required within a similar role
- Inventory experience required
- Costing experience required
