Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support B-BBEE audit processes
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
- Manage monthly and annual financial reporting processes
- Prepare management packs for leadership review
- Conduct cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Oversee debtor and creditor management
- Maintain and reconcile the cashbook
- Manage the fixed asset register
- Support month-end and year-end audit processes
- Handle VAT and tax compliance
- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
- Completed articles, with at least 3 years post-articles experience in a financial management or group accounting role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level)
- Experience working with foreign currency transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
