We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations (of our online advertising and marketing companies along with other projects). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the tasks described below, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to senior management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation and analysis of financial data. AFS, Recons, Reports etc
Report to CEO
Manage the financial division of the company
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Help with daily time management
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Update and maintain the general ledger
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Recording of debits and credits
Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
Monitor any variances from the projected budget
Prepare management reports
Liaise with statutory organisations and fulfill all of the statutory requirements and documentation requests
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting and admin projects
