Job Description

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with grounds, equipment, and building maintenance. Ideally on a remote lodge or farm.
• Drivers License (essential), own transport (preferred)
• Fluent English - Working Language and Good Afrikaans
• Good health and physical mobility.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Attention to detail
• Stable work history and contactable references.
• Sober habits + Non Smoking
• Must be able to prioritise tasks and manage a small team 4-5 staff.
• Requires strong technical skills: basic electrical, plumbing, sewerage, gas geysers, borehole pumps, pressure pumps, solar power, grounds and building maintenance, pools, fencing, fireguards and road maintenance.
• Knowledge of first aid and safety regulations and procedures.
• Start Date: Latest June 2025

Package:

• Salary R12-15kpm negotiable, DOE
• 45 hours per week
• 21 days annual leave

• 1 meal per day when on duty
