Job Description
GROCERY STORE MANAGER
1x Burgersfort
1x Nelspruit area.
(Example: Spar, Checkers, Shoprite, Pick n Pay etc.)
Salary negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
Staff Management
Stock Management
Driving sales and ensuring theft levels are kept to a minimum
Customer service
Store standards and housekeeping
Enforcing company policies and procedures
Risk Management
Occupational Health and Safely Act
Turnover & budget
Targeted expense savings
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or higher
At least 3 years store management experience
A solid retail background
A sound knowledge of retail practices, and a specific understanding of the SA legislative and financial aspects of a retail business
Relevant IT and systems knowledge
A Sales / Marketing Management qualification would be an advantage
