Our client is the supplier of new grinding mills, mill spares, refurbished plant equipment and turnkey project management. They are a fun and dynamic team. They are performance driven and have an open door policy. They have a low turn over and their staff is taken care of.

Responsible For
- Conduct fault finding on grinding mills (Ball/SAG) to identify mechanical, and operational issues
- Perform and oversee maintenance tasks, including, not limited to
- Gear changes
- Pinion changes
- Shell replacements
- Head replacement
- Drive train component replacement
- Bearing Changes - White/Bronze/Roller
- Able to Align Girth Gear
- Supervise and execute mill installations
- Assist engineers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of mill installations and maintenance activities
- Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications, with detailed reporting on work performed
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, offering solutions
- Ensure on-time execution of installation and maintenance projects
- Apply experience and technical knowledge to achieve mill performance and extend lifespan
- Assist with the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Support training and mentoring of junior technicians
- Proven experience - MUST
- Strong knowledge of installation, alignment, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to lead and supervise projects
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent technical communication skills
