Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a design generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a range of mediums. While the primary focus will be on creating compelling visual content for social media platforms, the ideal candidate will also support broader design needs across branding, marketing, digital, and print projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, stories, ads, and banners
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with brand goals
Support the development of marketing materials including brochures, email templates, presentations, and digital ads
Assist with branding projects such as logo design, style guides, and brand assets
Maintain consistency across all visual assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Edit and retouch photos, videos, or other visual content as needed
Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and social media best practices
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input across departments
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
Experience designing for social media platforms and understanding their best practices
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred, but not required
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):
Animation or motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
Photography or videography experience
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
