Key Responsibilities:

• Designing of marketing communications as well as content generation to be used across all digital channels
• Be able to effectively visualise concepts (2+3D) and drive translation with design and Visual teams
• Conceptualise & designing world class retail window and in-store spaces with our Visual teams
• Design - build concepts through researching trends on colours, design, layout & typography to deliver on brand
• Ensuring work is delivered on time
• Custodian of the Brand CI - across all channels
• Manage the creation of marketing material from concept and design to final artwork
• Conceptualise and production of fresh ideas for online /digital material.
• Presenting designs, concepts to departments and incorporates their feedback into the final designs.
• Assist production process to ensure that the designs meet highest quality of print and digital standards.
• Collaborating with other departments: - working closely with other departments, such as creative manager, marketing managers, and product managers, to ensure the visual designs align with the overall marketing strategy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a 3-year qualification (Diploma/Degree) in Graphic Design
• Minimum 3- 5 years' experience as an graphic designer in an advertising agency or retail marketing division.
• Well-versed in digital (digital art direction experience is essential)
• Experience with brand design and brand identity
• A portfolio showcasing your work and experience
• Understand printing, repro, photography & digital process
• Efficient use of (Apple Mac) DTP system, Illustrator as well as Photoshop, and InDesign is essential, premier pro (adobe) or after affects & Adobe suite would be beneficial. AI knowledge.

• Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time)
• Strong time management skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote etc.)
• High level of creativity and can be innovative,
