Graphic Designer VALD is the world leader in musculoskeletal technology, providing innovative human-measurement technology to over 3,500 clients in over 100 countries. About the VALD Marketing Team
The VALD Marketing team is based in our Brisbane HQ, comprising a diverse team of specialists who work globally across multiple VALD brands and market segments. The Marketing team collaborates across Product Strategy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial and Finance xe2x80x93 and the decisions they make shape the client experience and the overall public perception of VALD. The Marketing team guides the client experience to ensure it is on-brand, unified and positive. We have plenty of growing left to do, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team. What you will do This role will work alongside our growing Marketing team, which includes Developers, Designers, Digital Marketing Specialists, Videographers and Communications and Content writers. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer to create graphic assets to be used across our marketing channels. In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for the ideation and execution of all day-to-day design needs (digital & print), including but not limited to print brochures and documents, organic socials, digital advertising, EDMs and more.
• Champion the growing brands and be responsible for their consistency.
• Work with the wider marketing team to help develop creative content ideas.
• Maintain updated knowledge of new and emerging industry trends and technology.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Self-motivated and can operate with varying levels of supervision.
• Good communication skills.

Is this you?

• You have attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly understand our design language and systems, what works well and why.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements across both print and digital.
• Experience in managing other designers.
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail or brand marketing team.
• Demonstrated experience in executing conceptual graphic design across a broad range of media.
• Advanced experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
