Job Description

Visual Asset Creation:



Design graphics for social media posts, stories, carousels, and ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

Develop on-air promotion graphics, channel stings, lower thirds, and title cards in collaboration with broadcast production.

Produce marketing collateral including posters, flyers, banners, email headers, and digital ads.



Brand Identity and Guidelines:



Maintain and evolve TRN's visual identity--ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Create and update brand guidelines, templates, and style assets for internal and external use.



Campaign Support and Collaboration:



Partner with the Social Media & Marketing Manager to conceptualise campaign themes and visual strategies.

Collaborate with copywriters, community managers, and videographers to integrate visuals seamlessly into content plans



Digital Production and Optimisation:



Prepare final artwork for digital distribution--optimising file formats and sizes for web and mobile.

Adapt designs responsively for various screen sizes and platforms.



Continuous Improvement and Trends:



Stay current with design trends, tools, and software updates in the digital media industry.

Recommend new design approaches, software, or processes to improve workflow and visual impact.

REQUIREMENTS



Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:



Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within media, broadcast, or digital marketing.



Skills and Knowledge:

Technical Proficiency:



Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with After Effects for simple motion graphics.

Experience with video overlay design tools and broadcast graphics software is a plus.



Creative & Interpersonal:



Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities--comfortable presenting concepts and incorporating feedback.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
