Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various digital and print media
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and edit graphics
- Utilize video editing software (such as Adobe After Effects) to create motion graphics and animations
- Conduct research to stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
- Ensure all designs are in line with the company's visual standards and brand guidelines

Experience:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong illustration skills and ability to sketch ideas by hand
- Experience with video editing software for creating motion graphics and animations
- Familiarity with digital design principles and best practices
- Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems for website design
- Proficient in Figma or other design collaboration tools
- Understanding of HTML5 for web design purposes
- Experience in print advertising is a plus
