Graphic Designer IT

We seek a talented Graphic Designer to join our team as a Brand and Advertising Officer.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and contribute to our advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative conceptualization and design.
• Development of creative concepts and application of various creative elements.
• Craft and supply mock-up samples for printer.
• Briefing production suppliers.
• Post-production control.
• Assistance with corporate identity training, direction, and supervision.
• Direct / mentor Junior Designer with a view to furthering the Junior Designers' skills.
• Oversee and direct the services of photographers or illustrators who are directly commissioned.
• Above-the-line development for branches (print / press).
• Below-the-line development for all Group divisions (leaflets, posters, presentations, etc.)
• Signage design and setting.
• Developing presentations for Group Corporate Affairs.
• Develop competitor creative reviews and provide insights.
• Creative conceptualization and development of quarterly "Die Onderling" magazine electronic and printed.
• Conceptualize designs for annual reports.
• Visual translation of pro-active ideas from communication and brand team for presentation to EXCO.
• Represent the departments creative resources at Senior level.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Design qualification from a recognized design institute.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• 7-8 years of experience in design for marketing and advertising.
• Proficiency in working with DTP (Desktop Publishing) tools.
• Strong conceptualization and design skills.
• Familiarity with various production techniques.
• Experience working with Mac operating systems.
• Understanding of digital and social media platforms.
• Confidence in photography skills.
