Graphic Designer position currently available in Paarl.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute design asset for social media, digital ads, presentations, and print materials. Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand collateral including brochures, flyers, business cards, and internal documents. Produce graphics for web, email campaigns, and multimedia platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals through visual storytelling. Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively. Prepare artwork for production and liaise with external vendors when necessary. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from senior team members. Maintain an organised workflow while managing multiple deadlines and priorities. Report on project progress and present design work to senior management when required. Remain calm and focused under pressure while delivering high-quality results on tight timelines.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus). Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual composition. Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality design. Ability to manage feedback, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines without compromising creativity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to present ideas to senior management. Familiarity with digital and social media platforms; basic understanding of UX/UI principles is advantageous Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. * Video editing, animation, or photography skills.
