About the Role:
The Graphic Designer will primarily focus on presentation design, including sales decks and pitch materials, while occasionally producing social media graphics, newsletters, and other marketing collateral. This role offers the opportunity to showcase creativity, work with brand guidelines, and support the visual identity of a growing agency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging presentations for clients, including sales decks and pitch materials.

• Create visual content for social media, newsletters, emails, and occasional website updates.

• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, typography, and color standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and requirements.

• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve high-quality outputs.

• Occasionally use animation or motion graphics for slides when required.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Proven experience in presentation design, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Figma.

• High English proficiency for understanding client materials and internal communication.

• Experience working with U.S.-based companies, preferably in marketing or creative agencies.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other advanced design tools.

• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.

• Remote work experience with international teams.
