Job Summary
What You'll Do:

• Design compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Create intuitive, user-centered UI designs and iterate based on user feedback and business goals
• Develop engaging visual assets for paid media campaigns, CRM channels (emails, banners, etc.), and social media advertising
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure your designs come to life exactly as envisioned
• Translate brand guidelines into fresh visual concepts across multiple digital touchpoints
• Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions with marketing, product, and development teams

What We're Looking For: Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design or UI/UX design role
• Proven experience in digital-first design environments
• Track record of creating high-quality designs for both web and mobile interfaces
• Experience in designing for social media ads, paid campaigns, and CRM content

Knowledge & Skills:

• Deep understanding of design principles--composition, layout, color theory, and typography
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with responsive and accessible design best practices
• Understanding of web technologies and ability to communicate effectively with developers
• Experience working collaboratively with development teams to ensure design fidelity
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

Education:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
