Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced graphic designer to join our creative team. As a versatile designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating visuals across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our brand identity and delivering visually compelling solutions that resonate with our target audience.

Your Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva Pro to create visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media.

Social Media Management:
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies
across Instagram, Facebook, Tik-Tok, and Google plat
forms. Video editing for social media is a bonus.
Manage and monitor social media presence, actively
interacting with followers and fostering a strong online
community.

Retail Marketing:
Implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies,
encompassing in-store marketing, mall marketing, and
external marketing initiatives such as billboards.
Analyze and interpret market trends and consumer
behavior to develop data-driven marketing campaigns.

Administration, Planning, and Communications:
Provide administrative support, including project manage
ment, task organization, and communication with vendors
and partners.
Effectively plan and execute various tasks and projects,
ensuring timely completion and adherence to established
timelines.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external
stakeholders.

Photoshoot Planning and Execution:
Plan and coordinate photoshoots for various marketing
purposes, including product photography, brand shoots, and social
media content.
Oversee the entire photoshoot process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or retail-focused company.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva Pro design software.
• Showcase your design capabilities through an impressive portfolio or proof of work.
• Be willing to travel to Riverhorse Valley, Durban (Location of Job)
• Exude a passion for the fashion industry and social media platforms.
• Possess exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

We are also hiring recent design and marketing graduates without experience but must possess skills.
