The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-consistent designs across various platforms, including brochures, presentations, digital media, website amendments , and social media channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, strong design skills, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual content that resonates with CLC's clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Branding
Conceptualise, design, and deliver high-quality graphics for print and digital platforms.
Develop brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to CLC's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
2. Digital & Social Media Content
Design engaging visuals for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Create infographics, banners, and animations (where applicable) to support campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with messaging and strategy.
3. Marketing & Communications Support
Work closely with account managers and internal teams to translate requirements into creative briefs.
Support corporate events, internal communication, and campaigns with creative design solutions.
Assist in updating and maintaining marketing materials for external partners and clients.
4. Project & File Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain a well-organised library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics.
Creative thinker with the ability to adapt designs for different audiences and industries.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years' proven experience in graphic design (corporate or agency environment).
Experience with social media content creation.
Video editing and motion graphics skills (advantageous but not required).
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across print and digital platforms.
