Graphic Designer

Amazing opportunity available for a Graphic Designer based in the Western Cape with remote / hybrid working.
Duties and responsibilities:

Designing printed materials: Zines, cards, posters, merch, etc.
Creating visual assets for digital platforms: social posts, web elements, signage, etc.
Interpreting briefs and applying existing design systems
Working with the Creative Lead to evolve the brand and build consistency
Preparing print-ready files and liaising with printers
Handling layout design under pressure when needed (e.g. term packs)
Developing designs that are both visually expressive and practically usable
Participating in collaborative design iterations and feedback cycles
Staying aligned with the Company aesthetic: bold, minimalist, playful, grounded
Bonus if you can also handle motion graphics, illustration, or light video editing.

Requirements:

A design diploma or similar training
At least 3 years of solid graphic design experience
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Experience preparing files for commercial printing
A good sense of layout, typography, and hierarchy
Comfort balancing expressive and instructional design
Bonus if you're into comics, anime, gaming, cyberpunk, sci-fi, etc., as it shows up in our work
