Job Summary Job Purpose:
To support the Brand Manager in executing marketing, design, and communication strategies by delivering high-quality creative content, managing marketing assets and campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The role combines graphic design, marketing coordination, and administrative support to enhance brand visibility, strengthen dealer and branch networks, and drive effective customer engagement through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with delegated monthly reporting requirements - compile monthly reports.
Assess campaign success across marketing channels - provide feedback and develop contingency plans.
Assist with interpretation and organisation of market research and assessment.
Support planning and preparation for marketing events (Head Office, branches, and dealer network).
Manage marketing stock and inventory, including storeroom arrangement.
Maintain marketing network database and distribution lists.
Manage POS and stock control (internal and external network).
Oversee dealer POS distribution and requests.
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments.
Assist with packing and distributing stock and POS items to internal teams and dealer network.
Assist with conceptualisation of campaign ideas based on briefs from in-house and external teams.
Lead development of brand collateral for Head Office and dealer network use.
Develop all marketing communication materials, mock-ups, and approval concepts prior to launch.
Provide in-house design support for other departments, including full and partial editing.
Develop dealer network and branch marketing materials as required.
Manage and update dealer portal marketing materials.
Assist with monthly copywriting tasks where needed.
Ensure corporate identity (CI) compliance in all design and communication shared with the network.
Provide weekly compliance reports and conduct network check-ins.
Review dealer network materials to ensure adherence to CI guidelines, with monthly and weekly reports
Ensure all artwork meets 3rd party supplier requirements for online and offline platforms.
Oversee and manage all social platforms, posts, budgets, and schedules.
Distribute and manage lead generation for the network.
Operate the LMS system and filter month-end lead reports for performance measurement.
Ensure Zapier integration with LMS for lead generation streamlining.
Coordinate and manage monthly and ad-hoc lead generation campaigns.
Capture photography and videography content, manage equipment, and edit for in-house and external use.
Travel for on-site shoots, content capture, and event coverage.
Manage and maintain all design software and programs
Capture and distribute content from events, both in-house and external.
Provide coverage of brand, dealer, and network BTL, ATL, and TTL collateral requirements.
