Scope of Work
- Paid Social Ads (Meta) - static feed images, story covers, carousels, dynamic templates
- Video Editing - 6? to 30?second cut?downs, UGC mash?ups, light motion graphics, exports optimised for Facebook and Instagram
- General Graphic Design - branded PDFs, one?pagers, slide decks, case?study templates, internal docs
All assignments are priced per deliverable. You get a written brief, you quote, we approve, you deliver layered source files plus finals.

Must?Have Skills
- Portfolio that shows Meta ad creatives and short?form video edits
- Expert?level Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or DaVinci / FCP) plus After Effects for light motion
- Strong layout, typography, colour, and brand?consistency skills
- Ability to link creative variations to metrics like CTR, CPA, lead volume, awareness lift
- Fluent English, responsive on Slack or Teams, 24?hour reply window during active projects
Nice?to?Have
- Figma for collaborative tweaks
- Hands?on with Meta Creative Hub specs
- Experience designing for Google Ads display, LinkedIn, TikTok, or programmatic banners
- Interest in CRO and structured A/B testing

3. Revisions - two rounds included unless agreed otherwise
