About the Role:

We are seeking a

multi-skilled Store Assistant

with strong

graphic design skills

to join our busy PostNet Morningside team. This is a customer-facing position that blends retail service, printing operations, courier handling, and creative design.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion

Customer Service Excellence

Assist walk-in customers with professionalism and efficiency Operate machines: printers, laminators, binding machines, photo printers, sublimation equipment Pack and send parcels (local & international) Handle sales and POS transactions accurately Upsell stationery, print products, and business services Prepare and process print jobs with attention to detail Create and edit graphic designs (flyers, posters, business cards, etc.) Use CorelDRAW and Photoshop for design and print layout Act as a brand ambassador for PostNet
Requirements:

Graphic design experience (formal or informal) Proficient in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Team player with a positive attitude Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Prior retail, printing, or courier industry experience is an advantage
