Job Description
TWK Agri with its head office in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga is calling on all self motivated and dynamic 2022/2023 Bachelor of Commerce graduates to apply for a Graduate Trainee opportunity for 2024. This programme is aimed to offer unemployed graduates an opportunity to acquire practical work experience through mentorship and exposure in your graduate field.
Responsibilities and Duties
The program provides hands-on training and through your learning journey you will gain experience within the following retail functions by means of role rotation:
- Cash handling
- Merchandising
- Customer service
- Store operations
- Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma / Degree obtained during 2022/2023 (preferably Bachelor of Commerce)
- Interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to learn quickly, identify issues and propose solutions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
- Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment
- High attention to detail
- Computer Literate
