Job Description
Feltex is seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee - IT to provide first-line IT support to all end-users and assist with basic IT department administration. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of IT issues, adherence to support protocols, and consistent delivery of reliable IT services in alignment with organisational needs.
This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by responding to user requests, monitoring IT support metrics, optimising helpdesk processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department. The Graduate Trainee - IT will also serve as a primary point of contact between end-users and IT management, foster a culture of customer service and accountability, and ensure that all IT support practices align with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
