As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Graduate with a genuine interest in IT and software systems to join our team.

Role Overview

This role is designed as a career development opportunity for a motivated graduate. You will initially work in a software support and learning role, gaining hands-on experience with our ERP and POS systems. Once you have developed a strong understanding of the software, you will transition into a client-facing sales and marketing role, where you will engage with prospective customers and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 - Software Learning & Support

Learn and understand our ERP and POS software in depth

Assist with basic customer support queries and troubleshooting

Work closely with technical and implementation teams

Gain exposure to real-world business workflows and client use cases

Phase 2 - Sales & Marketing

Respond to leads from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website enquiries, and WhatsApp

Follow up with prospects via email and phone

Cold-calling and outreach to small and medium businesses

Research and identify potential clients (retail, wholesale, startups)

Communicate product value clearly to prospective customers

Conduct product demonstrations (online and in-person)

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions

Assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients

Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outreach initiatives

Requirements

Recently completed or final-year degree or diploma in - Marketing, Communication, Business Management, Commerce, IT or related field

Strong interest in technology and software systems

Willingness to start in a support/learning role before transitioning to sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in engaging with clients and presenting solutions

Strong problem-solving mindset

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and growth-oriented

Advantageous (But not required)

Basic understanding of ERP, POS or business systems

Sales, customer service, or marketing experience

Technical aptitude or exposure to IT environments
