Main Purpose of the Programme:

Safal Steel is launching the 2026 Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Program is a program designed to smoothly transition recent graduates from university to the work environment. The program provides challenging and rewarding work to develop our graduates into future leaders and technical experts at Safal Steel.



As a participant of the programme, you will:


Learn about the Key brand, culture, and values. Work with experienced individuals who will support you throughout the programme. Gain valuable work experience in the Steel industry. Develop your teamwork, communication, problem solving and time management skills.

Receive feedback and guidance on your performance and progress.
