Graduate Opportunity - Credit Coach

DebtBusters Client platform allows users to check their credit, view their credit snapshot, monitor payments and understand their overall financial position.


The Credit Coach is an individual who utilises the DB Client Platform which is designed to help individuals improve their credit management skills and achieve financial stability.


As a coach you will provide clients with personalized coaching sessions that cover topics such as budgeting, credit scores, credit solutions and debt management.


The DB Client Platform is available to anyone who wants to improve their financial knowledge and skills. The platform is particularly useful for individuals who are struggling with debt, as the coaching sessions can help them develop strategies for paying off their debts and managing their finances more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing support and recommendations to clients' financial problems by acting as intermediary between JustMoney Protect and DebtBusters and future partners through:


Identifying solutions that clients need through assisting clients with


Improving their credit score


Financial review


Budget review


Debt Consolidation


Insurance product offerings

Transferring live calls to:

Financial Consultants of clients in need of Debt consolidation or debt relief


JustMoney Protect of clients in need of Insurance solutions


Handling Proactive Outbound calls to encourage engagement with client

Key Requirements:

Must be more than 6 months employed in current position


Must have no valid disciplinary issues on file


Knowledge on the National Credit Act and FAIS Act (highly beneficial)


Excellent knowledge of IDM Group products, processes and systems, particularly Debt Counselling and Insurance products


Qualifications - Degree
