- Acquire in depth knowledge of the Nocolok Controlled Atmosphere Brazing (CAB) Process
- Process Monitoring
- Production Planning
- Production Optimization
- Process/ Resource Optimization
- Troubleshooting
- Quality Documentation
- Project Work
- Root Cause Analysis
- Maintenance Support
- New Product Introduction Support
- Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- South African Citizen
- 18 Years or older
- Medically fit
- English Language as mode of learning and communicating.
- Represents and lives the MAHLE values.

- Ability to work independently and pro-actively.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
