The team are now looking to hire a graduate with a demonstrable interest in investment management to join us as an Associate who will gain skills in marketing, client management, business development and solutions. As a Graduate Associate, you will be an integral part of our organisation, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and contribute to our company's success.

What you will do:
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, data analysis, and industry assessments to support decision-making processes

Project Support: Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing research, documentation, and administrative support as needed

Learning and Development: Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills within the field

Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, populate survey data and compile presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Client Interaction: Engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve project goals and objectives, contributing innovative ideas and insights

What we need from you:
A Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in finance, accounting, economics or related fields

A demonstrable passion for the Investment Management industry

A motivated, self-driven individual who has a passion for client service, who is keen to build relationships, is energetic, able to work on projects and is a team player

Someone who is dependable, solutions driven xe2x80x93keen to build a career and grow across the business
