This is

not

a software engineering or data science role.

You'll learn to apply AI tools (no/low code automation platforms like n8n, LLM's and other third-party tools) to streamline internal workflows. If you do code, great -- but it's optional and used sparingly.

Stay on the bleeding edge of AI progress and assess applicability to our business Share insights and wins across teams via Slack and other channels Track adoption, impact and success using clear metrics and KPIs Support adoption through documentation, feedback and team training Identify and solve process inefficiencies with AI-driven approaches Take problems and design, build and roll out innovative solutions Explore and critically assess new AI and low / no-code tools to enhance our workflows
