You'll also be our internal expert -- supporting the team, answering questions, and ensuring everyone is using GHL properly and efficiently.
What You'll lead
Audit and optimize our full GHL system -- workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, forms, and campaigns
Fix errors and improve logic in automations, lead flow, and external connections
Maintain CRM hygiene -- organize tags, custom fields, contact records, naming conventions
Build smart, scalable automations for lead nurture, onboarding, operations, and retention
Set up campaign tracking -- UTM structure, tagging, attribution, and lead source mapping
Build and maintain dashboards to report on performance, pipeline health, and conversions
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.) to streamline workflows and marketing content
Document systems and updates -- SOPs, logic maps, update logs, naming standards
Support team members -- help them understand how to use GHL properly and efficiently
Use ClickUp to track tasks, organize SOPs, and ensure alignment across the team
You're a Fit If You...
Have 4+ years of hands-on GHL experience, including automation, pipelines, CRM structure, and optimization
Have expert-level proficiency in Zapier and/or Make.com
Are fluent in spoken and written English
Are deeply detail-oriented -- you spot inefficiencies, naming issues, or logic gaps without being told
Know how to create UTM tracking, attribution models, and clean dashboards
Use AI tools for marketing workflows (e.g., content generation, segmentation, follow-up logic)
Are highly proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, especially formulas, logic, and validation
Can write clear SOPs and internal documentation others can follow independently
Are proactive -- you flag issues, suggest improvements, and take ownership of your systems
Are familiar with ClickUp (or similar project management tools) and use it to track work and organize documentation
Are a natural educator -- you're patient, clear, and want the team to understand how to use the systems.
