As our new

Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager

, you'll be part of the Africa Marketing team and the key link between marketing, technical, and commercial teams - helping shape local strategy, deliver impactful tools and training, and drive the success of product launches and marketing campaigns from field to channel.

What You'll Do

Translate market and customer insights into local go-to-market strategy Strategic product portfolio alignment and business cases to address market needs Support value proposition initiatives, product launches, campaign rollouts, and digital initiatives Design and deliver training to sales teams, farmers, and distributors Develop and adapt impactful sales tools and materials Align closely with sales, regulatory and development, and digital teams Track performance, gather field feedback, and refine tools and messaging Act as a trusted partner to the commercial team, balancing strategic and hands-on support

Key Requirements

A degree in

Agriculture or related discipline

.

At least 5 years of experience in the agrochemical/crop protection industry

in technical, sales, or marketing roles. Solid knowledge of crop protection sector and farmer needs - crop nutrition knowledge is a plus. Experience developing and delivering training programs for commercial audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Afrikaans language skills is a plus. Willingness to travel within the region, including field visits and occasional office collaboration.
