Job Description
This is a hands-on, senior HR role for leaders who thrive on the factory floor and in the boardroom. Lead HR for a large, unionised manufacturing workforce and partner with Manufacturing & Supply Chain executives to shape workforce strategy, industrial relations, and operational performance.
You'll be part of a listed company with a strong footprint in manufacturing and supply chain across South Africa and beyond.
Minimum requirements:
- 10+ years' generalist HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or mining
- 3-5 years in a senior/ executive HR leadership role
- Strong, proven industrial relations experience in unionised environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Confident operating strategically and on the ground
- Relevant tertiary qualification (post-grad is advantageous)
