Job Summary Job Title: GM Couple For 3 Luxury 5* Bush properties Location: Limpopo, Mopani District, Hoedspruit. South Africans only unless you have valid permits and residency. Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality NOT CHILD OR PET FRIENDLY Job Duties: Manage and oversee the daily operations of 3 Luxury 5* Bush properties Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction Coordinate and supervise staff members in various departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities Manage budgets, financial performance, and expenses Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively Implement and uphold company policies and procedures Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Education: A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field advantageous. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of lodge operations and guest services Financial acumen and budget management skills Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in hospitality or tourism management Experience working in a wildlife reserve or national park setting Working Conditions: Exposure to outdoor elements and wildlife On-site accommodation provided Typical bush based cycle X on Y off to be discussed Contact Megan Apply Below / +Apply Below
